 Rusk Area Arts Alliance (RAAA) was founded in 2006 by a small group of concerned artists to enhance the quality of life and art in the Rusk County area.

Grounded in the local arts community, past and present, the Rusk Area Arts Alliance (RAAA) was established as a not-for-profit alliance to further the community’s perception and understanding of the arts as well as its participation in them; to provide economic opportunities for artists; and to create venues for socializing and inspiring creativity among artists and the community.
